List Of 9 Rational Thinking Affirmations
You are smart enough to understand that there are things in this world that are not good, and not fair, and you are adult enough to realize you can enjoy life without needing the world to change for you.
One of the things that is not good here on earth, is that we have very little in the way of handbooks or instructions, about what we can do when discouraged, disappointed or distressed.
You feel entirely capable of detecting false tasks, like trying to change someone, or trying to fix the unfairness of the world. You can change only what is within the realm of YOUR free will. And you do!
You see the sanity in accepting the facts and realities that exist in this world, and working with the expectations that many things that are unwholesome about Earth, will continue on, through the duration of your lifetime.
When you acknowledge the ugliness in various aspects of society, you escape the fairytales that lead to disappointments. Instead of expecting to be seen by this world, you decide to see yourself. You fill in the gaps for what this world cannot do for you.
You feel that even the most difficult aspects of Earthly life, can be made a little bit more pleasant. Even when you feel low, you can reiki your mood to get from a 2 to a 3. Small upgrades are good, also!
You like to feel good, and it feels good to begin to untangle the truth from the nonsense, about opportunities in life, and also hurdles that get in your way.
You keep reminding yourself that feeling well-adjusted to the Earth realm, is about having a very clear idea about which aspects of life are beyond your free will, and cannot be changed by you.
You know that you cannot force the world to be different from what it is, nor can you override the free will of people around you.
